Refunds & Returns

If an item is damaged or faulty or not the item you ordered, please contact me via my “How to reach me” page or email me at alisongreenhorn@gmail.com
I cannot Provide a refund due to a change of mind.

Please return the item in the original condition within 10 days of receipt, indicating  your reason for return including your preferred action ( replacement or refund), a copy of your receipt and I will assess your return or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original packaging to the advised return address at purchaser’s own expense.
Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made using a postal service. As Fish Dreaming is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
